Learn More about Thanksgiving!

Learn more about the "First Thanksgiving" from Scholastic and the Plimoth (Plymouth) Plantation in Massachussetts!  Click the picture below to visit their interactive website!

This is the picture I took of the replica of "The Mayflower" when I visited Plymouth, Massachussetts.  While there, I also saw the famed Plymouth Rock too!  Look below!

I also drove all the way out to the tip of Cape Cod, Massachussetts and saw the town where the Pilgrims FIRST set foot in the New World, a town called Provincetown, Massachussetts.  There, the city has created a HUGE monument to honor the Pilgrims and their voyage.  It's called the Pilgrim Monument.  You can learn more at their website:  http://www.pilgrim-monument.org/   Here's MY picture of it when I stopped by to see it!
